At the moment we do not have e-bikes but might consider bringing our commuter models in the future.

? Do you sell aluminum or steel frames/bikes, or only carbon? Any titanium projects coming?

We sell carbon and titanium frames.

? Can I buy a frameset only (frame + fork + headset) for Sandman/Odin/Gaia?

Yes, you can buy a frameset for Sandman, Odin or Gaia and build your dream bike. It comes with all the small parts you need. Contact us at info@rinosbike.eu if you have specific mechanical questions.

? Do you sell custom builds (choose groupset, wheels, cockpit) or only fixed specs?

We offer a high degree of customization where you can choose the colour, size and groupset and we will build your dream bike.

? Are there women-specific builds or contact-point options (short cranks, narrower bars, different saddles)?

We have narrower bars for women if a smaller size is chosen.

? Can I swap stock tires/cassette/handlebar width at checkout?

Please contact us at info@rinosbike.eu if you have specific needs for conversion and our mechanic will analyse and let you know if it is achievable.

? Do you offer test rides, demo days, or a satisfaction “ride & decide” window?

We participate in numerous trade fairs where you can test ride our bikes.

? Do you offer financing, Klarna/PayPal installments, or student discounts?

Yes, via Klarna and PayPal rate payments.

? Do you support multi-currency checkout and lock the FX rate at payment time?

Yes, it is possible on our website.

? Where can I see the bikes in person (dealers, pop-ups, trade fairs)?

You can contact us also at info@rinosbike.eu to schedule a visit to see the bikes in person and try it out.

? Do you support salary-sacrifice leasing (JobRad/Cycle to Work) or corporate fleet purchases?

Yes for customers in Germany we work with many leasing companies.

? Is there a loyalty, referral, or ambassador program for returning customers?

? Are there pre-built “commuter,” “bikepacking,” or “race day” accessory bundles?

? Can I register my bike’s serial for theft alerts and proof of ownership?

Yes, at the bottom of the frame there is a serial number for insurance.
