? How much does the shipping cost for Rinos bikes?

All of our bikes have a surplus of 29.99 EUR for shipping.

? When I order a bike, do I get a postage tracking link?

Yes, when purchasing our product, a tracking number is sent once it’s in the delivery registry.

? I have not received a tracking link, who should I contact?

Write us at info@rinosbike.eu and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

? What is the delivery time?

It takes from 3–8 working days to deliver, depending on the destination country and how accessible the location is for delivery services.

? Which shipping services do you use?

We use DPD, DHL and UPS services.

? Is a signature required on delivery, and how many delivery attempts are made before return to sender?

A signature will be required on delivery.

? What are the shipping box dimensions/weight so I can plan elevator/transport disposal?

For our bikes, the box dimensions are 145×30×72 cm.

? Can you ship to Packstations/lockers or PO Boxes?

We do not ship to Packstations due to the size of the package, but parcels can be picked up at parcel shops or post offices near your address.

? Do you ship outside the EU/UK/US? Who pays customs, VAT, and brokerage on import?

Yes, we will assist in customs declarations for some countries. Please contact us at info@rinosbike.eu

? Can I request in-person pickup in the EU to avoid shipping damage/costs?

It is possible to pick up the bike in Frankfurt (Oder). In this case please contact us via info@rinosbike.eu

? Will I receive a tracking link automatically, and can the courier send SMS/email updates?

You will receive a tracking link automatically.

? If my order contains items with different lead times, do you split shipments or wait and send together?

We will optimise delivery so you receive the products as soon as possible.

? What are the typical delivery times by country/region, and do remote islands (e.g., Madeira) differ?

Typical delivery time is between 3–5 days, with small possible delays due to public holidays. Remote islands can take longer.

? Which hard cases fit the frame best (bar width/rotor clearance) for airline travel?

It will depend on the specific bike case, but our bikes are transport friendly.

? How quickly can you ship crash-replacement parts to a race venue or hotel?

We ship within 24 hours.
